FitMate - Workout Log ("FitMate" or "the App") is developed by Recep Kizilirmak. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to use the App. If anything in these terms conflicts with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA applies.
Free Trial
- New users can start a free trial of 3 months. The trial is a free in-app purchase from the App Store and is tied to your Apple ID.
- The trial is not a subscription: it never renews and never turns into a paid plan. Nothing is charged when it ends.
- Each Apple ID can use the trial once.
- When the trial ends, logging workouts, your history and statistics require a subscription. You can always export your data, with or without a subscription.
Subscriptions
- FitMate offers a monthly and a yearly auto-renewable subscription. Current prices are shown in the App before you subscribe and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings, or in the App under Settings > Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Health and Safety
FitMate is a tool for planning and logging workouts. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or qualified trainer.
Exercise involves a risk of injury. Consult a doctor before starting a new training program, especially if you have a medical condition, and stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You train at your own risk.
Your Data
Your workout data is stored only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. Because we never receive your data, we cannot restore it for you. Deleting the App removes its data from your device. We recommend creating a backup in the App (Settings > Backup) from time to time.
Acceptable Use
You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App, except as permitted by law or by Apple's EULA.
Availability and Changes
We continuously improve FitMate and may add, change, or remove features. We aim to keep the App working reliably but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or injuries resulting from the use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. By continuing to use the App after a change, you accept the updated terms.
